I enjoy working primarily with watercolor and colored pencils but I have dabbled in ink, gouache, and acrylic mediums.
Origami
Playing with paper has been something I have done most of my life. When I received an origami-a-day calendar at age 11, I was totally hooked. Now I use my knowledge to create lamps with origami techniques.
Pottery
Taking a class a pottery class was very exciting. Being able to work in a new medium gave me a chance to explore new ideas and new techniques. I found pottery to be an artform where usefulness and appearance collide and create interesting pieces.
