Custom Dresses Designed and Made For Me
"A Summer Sunday" Spring/Summer Collection
Spring Summer 2023 Childrenswear Mini Collection
Taking inspiration from fabrics I created simple children's basics for the spring and summer season. In an effort to create items that could be dressed up or down I created many different pieces. All the garments can be mixed and match for endless combinations. Outfits can be dressed up for church or dressed down to play outside. I chose breathable fabrics that are great for the summer and easy to wash so this would be a durable and versatile collection.

Fall/Winter Fantasy Dress Design
A fall/winter look inspired by a fantasy world of floating continents and sailing airships. My design is for one of these high-altitude sky sailors. It is both aerodynamic and form fitted in its design but also flowy by utilizing gores. The tartan creates unique designs when cut into odd shapes for the bodice and the skirt has a slightly scalloped hem. In this world the sailing travelers are similar to our Scottish or Irish clans, each with their own tartan to differentiate themselves.
Wool Cloud Collection - Design and Inspiration
Working with the interplay of wool and clouds I am creating designs inspired by the softness of each. While clouds have a very light-weight softness wool can be heavier and bulkier. Creating a knit-like print I hope to create a spring or fall collection for the transition seasons. This collection will emphasize warmth yet be light and flowy. Putting a knit design on a lightweight fabric will create a unique design that is quite uncommon. The collection will be a combination of chunky knitwear and light-weight tops or dress to contrast the wool pieces. I plan to create another variation of the knit print in another colorway or design.
Wool Clouds - Final Collection
Inspired by my life as a shepherd and the softness of wool and clouds. I created pieces that can be mixed, matched, or layered. These garments would be light weight cotton fabrics for the tops and a medium to heavy weight cotton twill for the bottoms. These garments are made to be both interest, beautiful, and functional. The twill weave will allow the garments to resist wear and be easily cleaned. The light weight cotton will allow the wearer to stay cool on warm days. The only piece that would actually be knitted would be the wool sweater with the work pants. The body of the sweater would be knitted and the sleaves would be a woven fabric.
